Staff was lovely and the room was quiet. Hotel's valet is one of the top employees! There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like La Parrilla, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Everything met expectation, excellant service and helpful stuff. La chaya maya, which can be found only 900 ft away, was a fast option. We came to Merida for rest, nothing bothered me for this hotel.
